Our Story

Founders Declan Holmes and Dean McFarland have been friends for 16 years and in 2013 laid the foundations of Nightcap Event Group. Both have worked in various roles in hospitality from Complex Director of the biggest hospitality venue on the island of Ireland to owning an independent craft beer range.

The company went full time in 2017 expanding from bespoke private cocktail parties to festival bars, corporate events, brand activations and a hospitality staff agency providing roles for 120 people with some of the most prestigious venues across Northern Ireland.

As Nightcap Event Group continues to grow , Declan & Dean have a focus of using their experiences to leave a lasting impression on Northern Irish hospitality and beyond.
